I-Doser

I-Doser is a product by I-Labs, a company that claims to be the first one to have created the only safe and risk-free method to experience the effects of drugs without the adverse consequences of these. I-Doser uses a proven scientific method to simulate the effects produced by recreational drugs through frequencies called binaural waves. These waves are sounds like pulses, and after some time of exposing ourselves to these sounds, they are supposed to induce our mind into a state of relaxation, stimulation, or even hallucination, depending on the ‘dose' used.
Curious as it may be, the program is actually a sort of player that reproduces sound files in .DRG format which are called ‘doses’. From the interface, users only need to open a dose, and listen to it a certain amount of time. The only requirement is to use good headphones. Doses available simulate the effects of depressant drugs as marijuana or alcohol, of stimulants like cocaine, or ecstasy, and hallucinogenic substances like LSD, or peyote. There are also other types of ‘doses’ which are supposed to relief health problems like insomnia, migraine, etc. Doses are numerous, and are classified according to the intensity of the effect produced.
While the player to listen to the sounds is free and comes with a few free doses, most of the doses are available upon purchase and should be bought separately.
According to I-Labs, using the program does not produce secondary effects. However, they also warn users not to use the program if they are driving or operating heavy machinery.

FaceOnBody

FaceOnBody is an application that lets you choose the funniest pictures from all around the world, to create the most hilarious images!

FaceOnBody is a software specially developed to put any face on any body, just makes the process much easier. The FaceOnBody software, features an image library, that has a built-in web browser, and a downloading tool, to help you find and obtain that one picture you are looking for. Use the picture of a famous movie celebrity, a comic, or the singer of your favorite band, to make the perfect joke, amuse your friends, or just to have a good time while creating some bizarre pictures.

The software includes a different set of tools to edit the pictures, FaceOnBody allows you to use face resizing, rotation, and mirroring, it also offers advance painting tools, in order to better the final result of your work, helping you to make a smoother picture edition.

FaceOnBody will let you automatically alter the colors, change the shading and brightness of the face you have chosen, to match the body you chose, afterwards you can still manually adjust the settings of the picture to make sure the images are nicely fitted. The application has some flaws at this point since the face and the body may not perfectly fit each other, you'll have to be extremely cautious when selecting the picture you will use to swap faces with, for a nice and smooth creation.

You no longer need to pursue fame, auditioning, or sending tapes to producers, you can now be part of the cast your favorite soap opera, just use FaceOnBody, and fulfill your wildest dreams.

Once you are done with creating funny pics and editing your photos, you will be able to save it in your PC, or simply use the built-in FOB Spreader in order to email the picture to your friends and relatives.

The trial version is very short in order to truly enjoy and have some fun with the software, to my view the limited time is way too short, still it may help you to decide whether to buy it or not.

**Even if you are not downloading the software, you can still check the funnies section of the homepage, to have a good laugh.**

Runs on Win98/98SE/Me/2000/XP/VISTA

TiVme

TiVme is neat, small software that allows you to watch, record, and play TV channels and video files. You can create your own customized lists of channels out of those that stream their content through the Internet, saving the ones you usually watch and naming them the way you like. With this multimedia application you can also listen to radio stations, save and play your favorite programs, and capture snapshots of your favorite scenes.

Its multi-channel preview functionality allows you to take a quick look at nine TV channels from your list at once, so that you can choose the one you want to watch at the moment. However, you can open various “TV screens” and enjoy various channels and programs simultaneously, so that you do not miss anything. While enjoying a TV program, you can make an analog recording of its content in any of the formats supported, namely MPEG1, MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264, PSP, and iPod. As a bonus, its built-in player will let you watch any AVI, MP4, MPEG, or TS video file already stored in your PC.

TiVme will recognize almost any signal coming into your PC – antenna, cable, FM, composite, Svideo, or Digital. Probably one of the easiest ways of watching TV on your computer.
